Return & Refund Policy

We thank you for choosing CozyCore because we cannot improve without you.

Here at CozyCore, your satisfaction with your order is our top priority!

If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns for your product within 30 natural days from the purchase date.

There are only a few exceptions to this which are listed below. Conditions with returns will vary depending on the order situation.

You may receive a refund or replacement (same item only) for any item that you purchased directly from CozyCore's store that is damaged, defective, or otherwise does not meet your expectations.

1、Unconditional Refund

Within 30 natural days of receipt of your order, you may return unused products in original condition, in original packaging for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For orders below $60, we will deduct $15 from the refund. For orders above $60, we will deduct reasonable freight charges according to the actual situation.

 

2、Refunds And Returns For Conditions

Within 30 natural days of receipt of your order, if the order has quality problems or misses some products, we will allow the refund or exchange of the product ( The premise is that the product has not been any damaged or disassembly):

1. The product cannot be used.

2. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and also be in the original packaging.

If you meet the above criteria, you can record a video to prove that the product doesn't work. And sent it to service@CozyCore.shop. Once we confirm that the products cannot work, the buyer needs to send the item back to our warehouse for quality confirmation and we will refund or exchange them.Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.These problems will be solved within 3 business days.

3、Cancellation but not shipped

In the case of cancellation of the order not shipped, we need to charge a 12% handling fee.

4、Cancelation but product has been delivered(Unused)

1. Within 14 natural days of the receipt of your order, you may return the unused product(s).

2. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. And you will be charged up to a 25% restocking fee. (This is withheld from the refund,)

5、Delivery Problems Claims

If the customer provides the wrong address, firstly we will contact the customer to contact the local post office and pick up the parcel themselves, or the customer doesn't pick the item within the correct period, the item is returned back to our manufactory. In this case, we will refund our customer.

1、Refund 50% payment once we receive the returned product. And we need to deduct the shipping fee.

6、Shipping Damage Claims

We are proud of our products, but we can't control the shipment. In some extreme cases, the item you receive may be damaged during transportation, so you should check the item is in good condition when receiving it.

If the unfortunate thing really happens, please provide us with the photo or video and contact us at service@CozyCore.shop.Once we confirm that the products cannot work, the buyer needs to send the item back to our warehouse for quality confirmation and we will refund or exchange them.Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.These problems will be solved within 3 business days.

Notice: We will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 14 natural days from receipt of products.

7、Late or Missing Refunds

Generally, the refund amount will reach the account within 1-8 business days.

If you haven't received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

When returning/exchanging please keep the following in mind:
  • Items must be unused and unwashed.
  • Items must be returned with their batteries and chargers included.
  • Items must be returned in salable condition. Items returned with pet hair, smelling of smoke or heavy perfume/cologne, dirty, etc will not be refunded.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition you’d be happy receiving from us.
  • Returning items must be postmarked and dropped off with the carrier within 30 days of receiving your item OR 30 days after Christmas.
  • If your product came in one of our white carrying bags, you will be charged $5 if it is not returned with the return.
If you are exchanging your item(s) , you are responsible for the cost of return shipping and we cover the cost of exchanging shipping. If you are returning for refund you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
 
Any items returned that are not in salable condition will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer.
